Critical Thinking – Harnessing Intelligence to Achieve Results - 15th April, 2010 (full day workshop) Critical thinkers distinguish between opinion and fact, they ask questions, make detailed observations; uncover assumptions and make decisions based on sound logic and solid evidence but thinking critically is hard work. Most people rely on patterns and habits that lead to success most of the time; but what happens when conditions change? This 1-day workshop explores different styles of thinking and distinguishes elements of the critical thinking process so that leaders can successfully analyze strategic development. Developing Emotional Intelligence for Professional Success - 16th April, 2010 (½ day morning workshop) Today’s leaders are becoming more aware of the importance and relevance of emotional intelligence (EI) in the workplace. Your ability to recognize and develop your unique emotional intelligence sets you apart by enhancing your potential to contribute to the success of individuals and organizations. Transformation Leadership - 16th April, 2010 (½ day afternoon workshop) Have you ever wondered if there is a profile of the perfect leader? After thousands of years, you would expect that we would know the necessary qualities of effective leadership; yet we continue to struggle. Transformation Leadership is another attempt to look at leadership with a greater focus on the individual.
